All services, resources, interactions, and materials within this association are provided exclusively within the private domain of this membership. They are not offered as public-facing medical services.
Your membership begins on the date your payment is processed. It continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time in accordance with these terms.
All information, education, guidance, group sessions, tools, frameworks, AI resources, and community interactions provided within this membership — including the RoVive Wisdom Circle, the Clinical Frameworks & Condition Library, and RoVive Guide AI — are offered for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing within this membership constitutes, or should be interpreted as:
Dr. Yoshi Rahm participates in this membership in an educational capacity. His presence and guidance within this community do not create a clinical relationship. If you require individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, please seek care from a licensed physician.
Members may have access to vetted lab and supplement resources, including platforms such as Rupa Health and Fullscript. These are made available as educational and self-directed wellness tools.
Access to these platforms does not constitute a clinical recommendation, individualized treatment protocol, or diagnostic service. Any decisions regarding lab testing or supplementation should be made in consultation with your own licensed clinical provider.

All frameworks, materials, session recordings, the Clinical Frameworks & Condition Library, documents, AI tools, and educational content provided within this membership are the intellectual property of Gr8 Health Inc. and Dr. Yoshi Rahm, or are used under license.
As a member, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own educational and wellness purposes. You may not:

This is a private association. What is shared within the community — by Dr. Yoshi, by Tracy, and by fellow members — is shared in a spirit of trust and good faith. You agree to:
This is a month-to-month membership. All payments are charged on a recurring monthly basis and cover access to the private membership and its associated resources.
Trial Period: Where a trial offer is available (21-day trial for $21), your full membership rate begins automatically when the trial period ends unless you cancel before that date.
Refund Policy: Upon request, we'll refund your trial payment or most recent monthly payment — no questions, no forms, no explanation required. For bundled packages (3, 6, or 12 months), refunds are calculated by applying the standard monthly rate to each month already used, with the remainder returned to you.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

Your participation is voluntary. You assume full responsibility for how you engage with and apply what you learn here.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication at [email protected].
If direct resolution is not reached, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
